  Where do I start...the wife and I were shopping for a mattress set and a frame for our spare bedroom.. We shopped a few stores and wound up at Franks, Fine Furniture...We went to the Searcy Store and we were so disappointed in the way we were handled...the sales person is a liability to HANKS in my opinion. He didn't even bother to call us back...so, today we went to the Conway Store...an entire different experience...the staff was professional, fun to work with and gave us the deal we wanted...Our salesperson just happened to be the Store manager his name is Steve Clem...top notch guy.The store was clean and inviting and full of customers..Kudos to Steve Clem .I would send others to this location, but stay away from the Searcy Store...
