  Customer service is always an issue at this location. Associates do not ask if help is needed. When you're able to find someone, they have to go find someone ELSE to help you. Twice I've had associates say they were going to find help AND THEY NEVER CAME BACK. Just go to Home Depot.

  Bought a toilet here that was USED! No apologies whatsoever from anyone. As a matter of fact, they were rude. They said it would take 15 days to return the funds to the bank and I said why does it take 15 days? When I bought it, you took the money out immediately. She said "Well, I'm not yo bank!" I used to like this store but I will never shop here again. By the way, I knew the toilet had been returned by a previous customer when I bought it so i specifically asked if it had ever been installed and/or used and they assured me that they checked it out thoroughly. Obviously that was a lie because it had urine and other stuff on it. A wax ring had been on it as well. Plus, parts were missing.
