  My experience here was A++++! Definitely get five stars from me for being kind, quick, and low cost. Nathan fixed my cracked iphone 6s plus screen in no time. I left with a smile and a brand new screen. Excellent!

  Before I write this review, let me say that this does not reflect Brandon it Nathan. The both of them were very accommodating and super nice! Now, as a company; I have to say that they obviously do not communicate very well. Me and my wife applied for financing for an iPhone X. We wanted the black model; weren't really particular on GB storage .So, they found one. Got it shipped .Took two days to get here from Jonesboro, which it could had been driven in a day. So, I waited .I contaccted Nathan to confirm the phone was there, and ready to go. He said it would be by the time I got there. Might I add that I was trading in my Google Pixel 2 XL, which had a screen protector installed and ready to go, but they weren't going to give me anything extra so I removed it. Got there, saw that the phone that was delivered was white, in the wrong box, without the charging block and cable, etc. Very unprofessional. So, now I have to wait and hope they send the right device and now since I removed the $50 screen protector I bought for my Pixel, I don't have protection for it now .$50 thrown down the drain. I asked if they could drive it down for me today as I probably won't be in town for the next week, and they tell me "maybe" it will be there tomorrow. Not good enough for me. Not when I waited and did what I was asked of. So, I'm keeping the Pixel and will unfortunately, probably never do business there again. Nathan, and Brandon if you're reading, this does not reflect you two. Thank y'all for doing what you did and trying.
