  Took my car to get the oil changed and tires rotated. The girl taking my information made recommendations, but couldn't tell me why my car needed synthetic oil, other than to say that it is "pure oil with no additives". Perhaps she didn't know what "synthetic" means. She told me that it was $9.xx to get a tire rotation, but since I wanted all 4 rotated it would be $36.xx. How are you gonna rotate just one tire? Waited over an hour and saw my car leave the bay. I go to the desk, but the cashier didn't "have the paperwork". I see my car pull back in. I ask what the problem is, and he goes to check. The mechanic walks in to tell me that the other mechanic didn't know how to drive a standard, so he was demonstrating.......IN MY FREAKING CAR, ON MY TIME, USING MY GAS! 2 problems, 1) he did a stupid thing that was totally unauthorized, 2) he told me about it like it was all cool, because he knows "how to drive a standard and he was just demonstrating to the other guy". Finally, the guy makes me sign a slip that my oil was low. The car is 1 year old and they were the last to fill the oil. I guess it is possible that I burned a little oil, but not likely. Do not take your car to these fools.
